LeVeL 33 at Marina Bay Financial Centre

UPDATE: The official website of LeVeL 33 is now up HERE! (or perhaps, just a preliminary website)

About a decade ago, Compass Rose at Swissotel was rebranded as Equinox, housing five different restaurants and bars with private dining rooms.

About a kilometer away, atop of One Raffles Place on the 63rd storey, another similar ‘atas’ bar / restaurant resides – 1-Altitude. The triangular shape of its outdoor gallery gives patrons a bird’s eye view of the Singapore skyline with the new Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts just in front of it.

But if you’re not on a very high budget and are just looking for somewhere reasonable to dine or chill, you might want to consider LeVeL 33 at Tower 1 of the new Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC). I checked out that place today with a couple of my colleagues during lunch (of course, we were there for a preliminary recce for a company event, and took the opportunity to sit down and relax with a couple of drinks!).

Entrance to LeVeL 33

There’s even a dedicated entrance to LeVeL 33 at the reception lobby of Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, and a private lift that brings you all the way straight up to the 33rd level!

The exterior gallery is extremely windy and has a fantastic view of the city skyline!

There are also places for you to stand or even take a sit while you sip on a beer!

LeVeL 33 has a pretty nicely decorated menu too

Drinks we ordered - Josephine and Isaac ordered their house beer and I had their Mandarino Sparkling

LeVeL 33 brews their own beer - one of the many beer machines in the cafe

Behind the scenes...

LeVeL 33’s website is still currently under a makeover, so there’s no address for us to visit. Prices there are reasonable though, for 2 glasses of beer and a bottle of Sparkling, our bill came up to only less than $30.

If you’re interested, here’s the address of LeVeL 33:

To end off this post, enjoy a panorama that I stitched together of the Singapore skyline from the outdoor dining area of LeVeL 33!

  1. Like to know if you organised the cocktail at level 33. If yes, how was it – the food, embience, services etc. Like to know more, thanks

    • Hi Nina

Unfortunately we did not host our cocktail event at LeVeL 33. The ambience is definitely good, and I’ve heard quite good reviews about the food too. Service wise, I won’t dare say the same, although I think it varies with their crowd level. :)

  2. We are looking for a venue which accommodates for 150-200 persons cocktail reception and dinner function on 31 Oct 2011, Monday.
Could you please let me know the availability of your venue according to the following information:

    Date : 31 Oct 2011 (Monday)
    Time : 18:30 – 22:30
    Food : Buffet Dinner
    Drinks : Open bar

We would like to have exclusive use of your venue.
Look forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

  5. Hi, may I know if it’s sunny or hot to be there at around 3pm? Or is there shelter for the alfresco sitting?

    • Hi Jan,

It might be quite sunny if you head there around 2 to 3 pm, but should cool down as the evening approaches. The only shelters for the alfresco sitting are the high ceilings, which in my own opinion, doesn’t serve any purpose as shelter at all.

      Hope it helps!

  6. Excellent post. I was checking constantly this blog and I’m impressed!

I was seeking this particular info for a long time. Thank you and good luck.
