Foodies out there, you’d be pleased to learn that the famous Restaurant Week is back. 2014’s run of Restaurant Week will be from 15 March 2014 to 23 March 2014.
For the uninformed, Restaurant Week – organised by DiningCity.sg, is a week allocated for foodies to savour the best dishes from around Singapore, and restaurants will dish out their special menus at special prices for that week.
This time round, Restaurant Week will span across two weekends due to overwhelming demand! Prices are currently set at:
- Lunch: S$25++ for a 3-course meal
- Dinner: S$35++ for a 3-course meal
These prices are subject to taxes and certain restaurants may also require you to top up a little more.
Kai and I have been a fan of Restaurant Week, even though I’m not very particular about food. We’ve been to Capella’s The Knolls and also Il-Lido: Italian Fine Dining and Lounge Bar and tried out their Restaurant Week menus. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to book this time round as we’ll be away for our honeymoon!
Nevertheless, for those interested, you can log on to Restaurant Week’s official website and make your reservation from 24 February onwards. You can also subscribe to the DiningCity.sg’s newsletter or join them on their social media outlets to enjoy advance booking – which allows you a one-time promotional code to book your restaurant seats earlier on 22 February!
